Please check your source before posting something that sounds alarming but is lies. Or something sentimental telling you that if you do thus-and-so this poor child will have his medical bills paid.

Before you post anything that arouses emotion, check out the site. For example google "this site" hoax or satire and you should be able to find out if it's valid.

Another thing you can do is check to see who else is posting it. If you google some phrases from the post and all that comes up are more Facebook posts, be pretty sure it's fake.
